Minto is provided for personal financial tracking, budgeting, and expense management purposes.

You agree to use the app only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use Minto.

If you are under the applicable age of majority, you may use Minto only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the app's operation
• Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the app except where permitted by law
• Use the app in a way that may harm other users or the service

Minto primarily stores your financial records locally on your device.

Certain features, including subscriptions, analytics, AI-powered functionality, or future cloud-based services, may require limited communication with external services as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and any backups you choose to create.

We are not responsible for loss of data resulting from device failure, deletion, software issues, or other circumstances outside our control.

Minto may offer AI-powered features, including voice input, natural language transaction entry, transaction categorization, spending insights, and other AI-assisted functionality.

These features are provided for convenience and may not always be accurate.

AI-generated transaction details, categories, summaries, insights, and suggestions may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

You remain responsible for reviewing and confirming any information generated by the app before relying on it.

Certain features of Minto require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account, Google Play account, or other applicable payment account at confirmation of purchase.

Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Any free trial period, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

Payments are processed by Apple, Google, or other authorized payment providers and are subject to their applicable terms and policies.

Unless otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable once processed.

Minto, including its design, branding, software, content, graphics, and functionality, is owned by TactileWorks and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the app.

Minto is a software tool designed to help users record and organize financial information.

Minto does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, accounting, or other professional advice.

Any insights, suggestions, analytics, or recommendations generated by the app are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.

You should consult qualified professionals before making financial, investment, tax, or legal decisions.

Minto is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding:

• Availability of the app
• Accuracy of generated information
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Availability of specific features at any particular time

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove features of Minto at any time without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TactileWorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of Minto.

Our total liability relating to the app shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the app or subscription during the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access to the app if required by law or if these Terms are violated.

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be published within the app or on our website.

Continued use of Minto after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
